i knew of Lillian Ball's jewelry but just discovered her sculptural work involving projected animations. refreshingly, a different take than Tony Oursler's projected faces. in the piece called "Hover", you can see in the video, the form bends back and forth, distorts and hovers over the silicone rubber object as its spirited virtual counterpart.
