probably the cheapest (and healthiest) weight loss program is My Pet Fat. for $14.95, you can get a nice blob of body fat (replica) and a set of thoughts called "mind stretches". honestly, i actually think that's basically what it boils down to, the power of the mind. still, this may only work for either the really strong-minded or someone who can actually be motivated by seeing what their fat looks like.
